Burial Jesus was buried in a tomb after his death. After we put our sins to death we must bury them and leave them behind. Once you receive Jesus as your savior God blots our your sins never to remember them anymore. This means your past, present and future sins. Jesus died once for all mankind for all of our sins. So bury them today so that the healing can begin.
The Prayer of Salvation Dear God, I believe that Jesus died for my sins I believe that he was buried in a tomb And I believe that He resurrected from that tomb to give me life through a connection to you. I am asking that the blood of Jesus pay my debt today and forgive all my sins. I am asking that your Holy Spirit lead and guide me to all truth that I may live in Christ. In Jesus name I pray. Amen
Resurrection Jesus did not stay in the tomb on the 3rd day He resurrected from the dead. He defeated death so that we can live in Him. Now that you have put your sins to death and buried them in the grave. I am asking you to live in Christ. There is a new life waiting for you and the only way you can find out about it is through the Word of God- the Bible. Find yourself a bible believing church to fill up with the truth and knowledge of the Word so that you can live a successful life on earth and in eternity. Once you receive Jesus as your savior the Holy Spirit will lead you and guide to all truth. This truth will set you free to live!
Death Since Adam and Eve mankind has been separated from God spiritually due to what Christians call "the original sin". Without a connection to God spiritually we are dead and lost in a world of sin. We are blinded to the only truth that can save our soul from pain and sorrow on this earth. Even worse without spiritual connection to God we will not be able to escape the judgement of sin which is eternal hell (total separation from God). Jesus being the only righteous human to walk the earth died in our place. He died so that we can be reconnected to God and to escape the judgement to come. He died in our place so that we do not have to. This does not mean we will not die in the flesh what we call the first death. It means that because of our reconnection in the spirit we are able to defeat pain and sorrow on the earth and in eternity which is call the 2nd death( salvation from hell). I ask you today to confess that you are a sinner in need of a savior. Confess that Jesus lived a righteous life and died to pay the penalty for the sins of the world. Do you believe ? If so put your sins to death today by accepting the payment of the blood of Jesus on Calvary for your sins.
